That rotation through every seat in the courtroom gives him direct insight into how each side approaches a case. Early in his career, he argued before the Ohio Supreme Court in State v. Carlisle, and he litigated in the first criminal jury trial held in Ohio following the COVID-19 shutdown, both notable markers for an attorney still early in practice.
